The 37,690 square-foot medical outpatient facility is fully leased to St. Elizabeth Healthcare, a leading tri-state health system supported by more than 10,000 associates and approximately 1,600 providers, delivering comprehensive care across Northern Kentucky, Southeastern Indiana, and the Greater Cincinnati market.
