Clayton, North Carolina – July 21, 2026 – Crown MedRealty Partners (“CROWN”), a premier healthcare real estate firm headquartered in Kansas City, is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of a single-tenant behavioral health facility located in Clayton, North Carolina, part of the Raleigh MSA.
The 9,315 square-foot property is fully leased to Action Behavior Centers (“ABC”), a nationally recognized leader in Applied Behavior Analysis (“ABA”) therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder (“ASD”). The rapidly growing provider operates more than 400 centers across Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Texas.
