Encompassing a total of 16,488 rentable square-feet, the physician-owned portfolio is being acquired via a sale-lease back transaction with Florida Digestive Health Specialists (“FDHS”), a prominent gastroenterology practice with a widespread presence across twenty-six (26) locations in Florida.
