Located 25-miles southeast of Atlanta, the 12,934 square-foot building is being acquired via a sale-leaseback transaction with Atlanta Autism Center (“AAC”), a comprehensive, family-centered diagnostic and applied behavioral analysis (“ABA) provider for children with autism spectrum disorder.

This acquisition marks the 13th asset purchased by Crown MedRealty Partners in Georgia, further solidifying its footprint across the Southeast region.
