With a combined rentable area of approximately 16,757 square‐feet, these assets are fully occupied by Anne Arundel Dermatology (“AAD”) (Formerly North Atlanta Dermatology), a distinguished, full‐service dermatology provider with a wide‐reaching footprint across the Mid‐Atlantic region.
