Crown has purchased four (4), 100% leased off-market medical office buildings located in the Kansas City Metro area (Leawood, Overland Park, Lee’s Summit, & Liberty) consisting of 102,102 rentable square feet (“RSF”).

Each of the buildings will be anchored by U.S. Dermatology Partners, the nation’s second-largest physician-owned dermatology practice in the United States and the Kansas City area’s leading provider in general dermatology, skin cancer treatment and prevention, cosmetic skin procedures, and plastic & reconstructive surgery.
