Crown MedRealty Partners has big plans for new medical office investment company.

Brian Beggs, a former chief investment officer with Block Real Estate Services LLC, and Steve Bessenbacher, a former senior vice president and director of health care acquisitions and development, are managing partners for Crown MedRealty Partners, a new Kansas City-based medical real estate investment company.

Since April, Crown MedRealty Partners has made strides establishing itself as a standalone medical real estate investment company, supplementing several carryover deals from Block with a series of new transactions in and beyond the Kansas City market.
