This MOB was purchased all-cash.
Spanning 7,000 square feet, the facility is entirely leased and occupied by Mayfield Brain and Spine. Renowned for its pioneering role in neurological care since 1938, Mayfield Brain and Spine serves over 29,000 patients yearly across 40 states. The practice offers extensive care for a range of conditions associated with the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves.
