Located in the Southwest Indiana metropolitan area, the orthopedic portfolio is being acquired via a physician owned, off-market, sale-leaseback transaction with Tri-State Orthopaedics (“TSO”). TSO is Southwest Indiana’s largest orthopedic practice specializing in adult joint reconstruction, arthroscopy, hand trauma and reconstructive surgery, spine surgery, neurology, microvascular surgery, and sports medicine.
Located in the cities of Vincennes and Newburgh, Indiana, the 100% occupied medical office portfolio consists of 12,119 square-feet.
