The 11,974-square-foot property is fully leased to Action Behavior Centers (“ABC”), a nationally recognized leader in Applied Behavior Analysis (“ABA”). With 224 centers across the country and a team of over 3,000 professionals, ABC specializes in providing effective interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder (“ASD”).

This acquisition marks the third behavioral health facility Crown MedRealty Partners has acquired in the past nine months.
