The MOB was acquired via an off-market transaction with a private developer/physicians ownership group.
Located within the Kansas City MSA, the 17,480 square-foot facility is fully occupied by SANO— one of area’s largest orthopedic and vascular care providers with over 30 physician specialists on staff and F.I.T. Muscle & Joint—a leading physical therapy and chiropractic clinic with 10+ locations across the KCMO metro.
